By accessing or using lineupwiz.com’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our fantasy sports data platform, including both free and paid subscribers.

Description of Service

Lineup Wiz (lineupwiz.com) provides fantasy sports data management and league tools that help users organize and view their fantasy baseball leagues. Our services include:

• Connections to fantasy league platforms (such as Fantrax and NFBC)
• Display of rosters, standings, transactions, and player statistics
• Uploading and managing projections, rosters, and other league data
• Optional notifications, including Discord notifications for league activity

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Data Usage and Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and store your data to provide our services
• Display standings, rosters, statistics, and reports based on your data
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use any data you provide to us (including credentials used to connect your fantasy league accounts), and that such use does not violate any applicable laws, third-party rights, or the terms of the league platforms you connect.

We will not share your raw data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our platform for competitive intelligence against us
• Upload personal data without proper consent

Payment Terms

Lineup Wiz offers a free plan, and paid subscription plans may be offered. If you purchase a paid subscription, it is billed in advance on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
• You agree to pay all applicable taxes
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We may change our pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lineupwiz.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the statistics, projections, or other data displayed on our platform will be error-free, complete, or up to date. You should always verify important information with your league platform before making roster or league decisions.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will cease
• We will delete your data according to our retention policy
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
